William Harvey Flowers, 90 of White Hall died Saturday February 4, 2017 at JRMC in Pine Bluff. Born February 10, 1926 at Crossett, he was the son of the late Harvey Bedford Flowers and Muriel Harley Flowers. He was retired from the railroad and was a Navy veteran of World War II. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of forty years, Mary Frances Colvert Flowers and a son, John Michael Flowers. He is survived by his wife of twenty nine years, Beatrice Flowers of White Hall; son James W. Flowers of Saline County, AR; step-daughter, Brenda Fender of White Hall; grandsons, Dr. Michael C. Flowers of Fayetteville and Joe Carr of White Hall; and a granddaughter, Rachel Flowers of Saline County, AR; and four great-grandchildren.
