Wallace Ray Tomlinson

Wallace Ray Tomlinson, 80 of Hampton died Friday March 21, 2014 at his home. Born June 6, 1933 at Hampton, he was the son of the late Gaither Newton Tomlinson and Sarah Onie Rayborn
Tomlinson. He was a millwright, served as president of the Machinist Union, and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Lynn Tomlinson and a son, Steven Ray Tomlinson. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Audrey Ruth Andrews Tomlinson of Hampton; two daughters, Sharon Blessing of Hampton; Brenda Moudy and husband Danny of Russellville; sister Kathryn Nistendirk of Hampton; six grandchildren, Brook Scott, Chance Blessing, Stormi Blessing, Kyle Felkins, Justin Felkins, Dillon Felkins; five great grandchildren. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday March 24, 2014 at Faustina Baptist Church.
