Virginia L. Nutt

Virginia L. Nutt, 89, of Harrison died Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Hillcrest Home in Harrison. She was born August 23, 1926 in Bearden, Arkansas. She worked at Bearden Garment Factory for over thirty years and was a member of the Bearden Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Eli Quarles and Myrtle Williams Quarles; husband, Marlin Edward Nutt; one son, Steve Nutt; daughter-in-law, Linda Nutt; three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by two sons, Eddie (Dorothy) Nutt of Bearden, Randy (Brenda) Nutt of Harrison; five grandchildren, Connie Castleberry of Sparkman, Steve Nutt of Jonesboro, Sonya Bean of Sparkman, James Nutt of Minneapolis, MN, Stefanie Larson of Harrison, and eight great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Benton Funeral Home with Rev. Damon Launius and Rev.
