Virginia Ruth Meeks

Virginia Ruth Beasley Meeks, 90, of Sparkman died Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehab in Arkadelphia. She was born December 13, 1923 in Tinsman, Arkansas. She was a retired LPN and a member of First Baptist Church in Sparkman. She is preceded in death by her parents, Noah Beasley and Kate Hopper Beasley; son, Fred Meeks; and three sisters, Noel Dean Simpson, Katherine Crawford and Anna Mae Berryhill. She is survived by one son, Jerry Michael Meeks of Sparkman; one sister, Majorie Fleming of Sparkman; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
