Virginia Frances Best Offutt

Virginia Frances Best Offutt, age 80, of the Smith Chapel Community, arrived at her heavenly home on October 2, 2015. She was born February 12, 1935 to the late Floyd Satchler Best and Pebble Lorene Easterling Best.
Virginia was a homemaker and a member of Rison United Methodist Church in Rison. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Joe Donald Offutt. She is survived by her children, Deborah Reynolds and husband Robert of Hot Springs, Randy Offutt and wife Debbie of Dardanelle, Tina Allen and husband Kim of Kingsland; one brother, Teddy Best of Mt. Ida; eight grandchildren, five step grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren, and one very special friend, Patsy Wilson of Green House Cottages in Rison.
Memorials may be made to Hospice Angels or Alzheimer's Arkansas Program and Services. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Don Johnson officiating.
