Virgil Lee Golden, 85, of Kingsland, Arkansas died Friday, October 16, 2009 in Hampton, Arkansas. He was born March 17, 1924 in Kingsland. He was a retired master plumber, a Navy World War II veteran and a member of Kingsland Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, E.R. and Lucy Gates Golden; two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his wife, Mary Golden of Kingsland; four daughters, Linda (Harold) Saeler of Yellville, Judy (Walter) Murphy of St. Joe, Kim Veorster (Dayne Stanley) of Hampton, Jennifer (Mike) Bradford of Hampton; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday 6pm until 8pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Lewis Langley and Rev.
