Thomas Jacob Ainsworth

Thomas Jacob Ainsworth, 18, of Fordyce died Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden. He was born August 19, 1994 in El Dorado, Arkansas. He was a senior at Fordyce High School and attended Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Beatrice Clemons, Terry Bryant and Tony Wagnon. He is survived by his parents, Dorsey and Teleisha Ainsworth of Sheridan, WY, Brandy and Joe Gamble of Fordyce; brother, Cole Gamble of Fordyce, sister, Sydni Gamble of Fordyce; grandparents, Deborah Kaiser of Lonoke, Jerry Bryant of Hampton, and Thomas Wagnon, Jr. of Warren. Visitation will be Friday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 Saturday at Beech Grove Baptist Church in Fordyce with Rev. Shane Matthews, Toby Still and Rev. Nathan Petty officiating. Burial will follow at Outlaw Cemetery near Warren. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce.
