Sylvia Anthony Bevill

Sylvia Anthony Bevill, 78 of Bearden, died Monday, October 17, 2016. She was born March 13, 1938 in Hopeville, Arkansas to the late Lloyd and Hazel Nowlin Anthony. She was an active member of First Southern Baptist Church in Bearden and served as a nurse on numerous medical missions to Honduras .

She is survived by her husband, Jackie Bevill of Bearden; two sons, Gary Bevill, MD and wife Donna of El Dorado, and Mickey Bevill and wife Tamra of Calico Rock; one daughter Judy Peters and husband David of Hot Springs; one sister Linda Bennett and husband Anthony of Little Rock; one brother-in-law Jim Bevill and wife Diane of Bearden; six grandchildren, David Bevill (Darcy) of Houston, Laura Beth Matson (Andy) of Tulsa, Rylie Bevill of Calico Rock, Rachel Cottrell (Jordan) of Calico Rock, Gabe Bevill of Calico Rock, Eliza Bevill of Calico Rock; three great grandchildren: Kate, Jack, and Olivia Bevill all of Houston; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside services will be 10:30AM Wednesday at Delamar Cemetery in Manning. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
