Susie Louise Hutchens

Susie Louise Hutchens, 89, of Bearden, AR, died Friday, March 9, 2012. She was born in Ouachita County Arkansas, on July 13, 1922, to the late Joel "Ruth" & Florence Pate Purifoy. Mrs. Hutchens was a homemaker & a member of the Hopeville Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by her son, Robbie Hutchens & his wife Cheryl of Bearden, AR; a daughter, Darenthia "Dee" Wilson & her husband Charles of Fordyce, AR; a brother, Lawrence Purifoy & his wife Virgie of Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Shea Hutchens Wilson & her husband David of White Hall, AR, Stacy Holloway & her husband Jason of Bearden, AR, Daniel Wilson of Fordyce, AR, Jasper Wilson & his wife Lori of Bearden, AR; & six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Hutchens, a daughter, Joyce Hutchens, a grandson, Grant Hutchens, & three brothers, Irwin, Raymond, & George Purifoy.

Funeral services are 10:00 AM Monday March 12, 2012 at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Bethel Cemetery, with the Rev. Donald Nance, & Rev. Marvin Launius officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday evening at the funeral home in Fordyce. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
