Steven Bennett Word, 62 of Bearden, died Thursday, April 11, 2013. He was born March 13, 1951 the son of Betty Word and the late J. E. Word. He was a member of Believer's Outreach Church in Camden, AR. He operated The Corner in Bearden for 29 years.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Lynn; mother, Betty Word; brother, Phil Word all of Bearden; four children, Steven Word (Kelly) of Camden, Andrew Word (Heather) of Magnolia, Matthew Word and Rebekah Word both of Bearden; three grandchildren, Abby, Caleb and Shylah.
There will be a special service celebrating Steve's life and faith at Believer's Church in Camden on Saturday April 13 at 1:00 p.m.
