Steven Lance Ellis

Steven Lance Ellis, 41, of Fordyce, Arkansas, passed away on July 4, 2025, at UAMS in Little Rock, surrounded by loved ones.
Steven was born October 29, 1983 in Camden, Arkansas, and raised in Harrell. He was known for his warm heart, sharp sense of humor, and deep love for his family. He will be remembered most for his unwavering devotion to his daughter, Ayonna Ellis of Fordyce, who was the light of his life.
He is survived by his daughter, Ayonna; his parents, Stevie and Lori Ellis of Woodberry, AR; his sister, April Harris (Joseph) of Locust Bayou, AR; and his grandmother, Ann Cook of Camden, AR. Steven also leaves behind a host of extended family members and friends who cherished him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnny Mack and Emma Ellis; Coby Cook; and Charlene Bates.
Steven’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be Tuesday 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Canaan Baptist Church in Harrell with Rev.
