Stephen Dwayne Powell, age 65, of Thornton died Sunday, July 28, 2024 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born January 10, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, James E. Powell and Elizabeth Janice Carmical Powell; and wife, Ellen Bright Powell. He is survived by one brother, David Morgan of Heber Springs.
