Sarah Katherine "Kathy" Tucker Miller, 69, of Hampton died Saturday May 20, 2017 at Life Touch Hospice in El Dorado. Born September 25, 1947 in Hampton, she was a daughter of the late Wallace Tucker and Jettie Mae Reynolds Tucker.
Kathy was a school teacher and a published author of several works, books, and poetry, including: "The Lost Mountain of Jerusalem" and "Comet 1947." She was a devoted and loving mother, sister, aunt, and Grammy. She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Brooke Wilson and husband Troy of Hampton; her son, Lewis Paul Miller and his wife, Tammy of Hampton; and daughter, Robin Miller Emis of Hampton; one sister, Cherry Whittington and husband Loyd of Benton; one brother, Howard Tucker and wife Joy of Bryant; eight grandchildren: Ashton Wilson, Anna Wilson, Elizabeth Miller, Mary Grace Miller, Evelyn Miller, Maeson Emis, Rogan Emis, and Merrick Emis.
The family will receive friends Tuesday May 23, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Chapel near Hampton. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity Chapel with Rev. Keith Nutt officiating. Burial will follow at Pickett Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Life Touch Hospice, John R.
