Sammy G. Davis, 59, of Kingsland, died Monday, November 30, 2009. He was born June 7, 1950 in Calion, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Nora Clarkston Davis; one brother, Eddie Davis and two sisters, Jo Ann Pepper and Evelyn Davis. He is survived by one sister, Claudia Hall of Calion and special caregiver, Weldon Golden of Kingsland. Graveside services will be 12:00 pm Friday at Earnest Cemetery near Tinsman.
