Roy Clinton Russell, 64, of Bearden died Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden. He was born January 12, 1951 at Baton Rouge, LA. He is preceded in death by his parents, Athel Clinton Russell and Mary Rish Russell; and one brother, Jeffrey Russell. He is survived by his wife, Annette Russell of Bearden; one son and daughter-in-law, Clinton and Shannon Russell of Midland, TX; one daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Tim Franks of Muscle Shoals, AL; one sister, Lynn McCain of Clinton, LA; four grandchildren, Jacob Russell of Midland, TX, Korey Pounders, Kaysie Pounders and Blake Williamson all of Muscle Shoals, AL; two great grandchildren; and special friend, James Welch of Camden. Visitation will be Thursday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Benton Funeral Home with Rev. Mike McCain officiating.
