Rosa Lee Clemons

Rosa Lee Clemons, 91, of Hampton died Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at St. John's Place in Fordyce. She was born September 21, 1919 in Calhoun County. She was a member of Woodberry Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John F. Norris and Ida Mae Buck Norris; husband, Woodrow Daniel Clemons; son, Woodrow Daniel Clemons, Jr.; daughters, Naomi Frances Cosby, Johnnie Lee Evans; sister, Hazel Murphy; brothers, Everett Norris, Jesse Norris, Alvin Norris, Frank Norris and Robert Norris. She is survived by three daughters, Janie Labash and husband Bob of Hampton, Dottye Simmons of Camden, Tommye Ricks and husband Harold of Clarksville, TN; one sister, Dorothy Smart of Monticello; fifteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday at Woodberry Baptist Church with Rev. David Inzer and Rev.
