Ronnie F. Harrison, 65 of Malvern, AR went to his Heavenly Home on Tuesday August 31, 2021. He was born in Yell County, AR on June 7, 1956.
He was an active member of Cowboy Church of Hot Springs where he made recordings of the services for broadcasting. He selflessly served his country in the US Army in South Korea during the Vietnam War. He retired as a surveyor for the US Army Corps of Engineers in Pine Bluff. He was a former member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary and was recognized for his service by the US Department of Homeland Security.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Pauline Clemons Harrison; his brothers, Johnnie, Don, and Lonnie and his sisters Wanda Stroud Quattlebaum and Barbara Cochran.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Marilyn Langford Pfaff of Malvern and her children, Scott and Leah; his son, Blaine Harrison of Oklahoma; daughters, Julie Harrison and Christina Harrison both of Little Rock; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Harvey Perdue officiating. Burial will follow at Stoney Point Cemetery.
