Robert John Lloyd, 80 of Fordyce, died Thursday, July 24, 2014. He was born January 17, 1934 in Rison, Arkansas to the late Walter Lloyd and Cora Lee Parson Lloyd. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma Lorene Southall Lloyd; son Ronald Wayne Lloyd; brothers Martin and Charles Lloyd; and sisters Doreen Wyatt, Virginia Green, and Mary Rawls.

He is survived by his son John Lloyd of Fordyce; daughter Lorreeca Wilson and husband Marvin of Fordyce; daughter-in-law Sandra Lloyd of Fordyce; four grandchildren Chris Lloyd, Bethany Hornaday and husband Scott, Amy Leopard and husband Rodney, and Melissa Wilson; two great granddaughters, Leigh and Linzy Hornaday.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 6PM until 8PM at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Graveside services are 10 AM Saturday at Shady Grove Cemetery in Bleeker with Rev. Shane Matthews officiating.
