Richard E. Harper

Richard E. Harper, 67, of Fordyce died Sunday May 31, 2015 at his home. Born August 9, 1947, he was a son of the late Herman Clyde and Ida Ella "Tincie" Sevier Harper. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Ann Evans Harper; and a brother, Donnie Harper. He is survived by a daughter, Rickie Bryant and husband Kenneth of Fordyce; step-daughter, Monica Pittard and wife Angel of Florida; sister, Tracy Harper of Watseka, IL; two grandchildren, Karla Bryant and fiancée Scott Chambliss of Fordyce, John Bryant and wife Alexis of Fordyce; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Smith Chapel Church of God. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Chapel Church of God with Rev.
