Richard Lee Dunavan, 54 of Fordyce, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012. He was born March 18, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Eugene Dunavan.
He is survived by his son, Joshua Lee Konyndyk of Colorado; his mother, Virginia Roy of Valparaiso, Indiana; brothers John & Paul Roy of Valparaiso, Archie Dunavan of Heber Springs, and Robert & Dallas Dunavan of Chanahon, Illinois; sisters Theresa Crowder and husband Randy of Fordyce, Debbie Dunavan of Calender, Iowa, and Pamela Shaw of Heber Springs; grandson, Leif Konyndyk of Colorado, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 PM until 8 PM at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Graveside services will be 11 AM Friday at Turner Cemetery in Marvell, Arkansas. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.com .
