Raymond K. Mcclellan

Raymond K. McClellan, age 80, of Fordyce died Sunday, January 20, 2019 at his home. He was born April 5, 1938 in New Edinburg, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Monroe McClellan and Myrtle Gray McClellan; three brothers, Paul McClellan, Mack McClellan, and Nolan McClellan; and two sisters, Frances Bolion and Christine Williams. He is survived by his wife, Peggy McClellan of Fordyce; two sons, Carlton McClellan of New Edinburg, and Scott McClellan of Kingsland; two daughters, Tammy Dangler of Ft. Worth, TX, and JerlDean Purifoy of Fordyce; four brothers and sisters, Curtis McClellan of Fordyce, Varnice Parker of Conway, Petie McClellan and Brenda Triplett of New Edinburg; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at Benton Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Hubbard officiating.
