Raymond C. James

Raymond C. James, 74, of Bearden died Monday, August 13, 2018 at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, Arkansas. He was born July 27, 1944 in Homer, Louisiana. He was retired maintenance worker and a member of Bearden First Assembly of God in Bearden. He is preceded in death by his parents, W. Frank James and Hattie Smith James; two brothers, G. W. James and Tommy James; and three sisters, Lillian McCorvey, Peggy Corbit, and Billie James. He is survived by his wife of fifty four years, Delilah Driver James of Bearden; one son, Tommy (Natalie) James of Harmony Grove; one daughter, Cindy (Scotty) Stewart of Harmony Grove; one brother, Henry (Lois) James of Millry AL; one sister, Pat Pipkin of Rogers, a special caregiver, Ellen Mullens of Harmony Grove; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday at Bearden First Assembly of God Church with Rev.
