Raymond Keith Hamilton

Mr. Raymond Keith "Little Brother" Hamilton, 48, Crawfordsville, Indiana, formerly of Kingsland passed away suddenly Tuesday, January 20th, in the Franciscan St. Elizabeth Crawfordsville Hospital. He was born September 22, 1966, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to Max Lee and Sherra Sue (Mitchell) Hamilton. He married Jennifer L. Russell. She survives.

Keith was employed as a Supervisor with Systems Contracting working at the Nucor Steel Plant, Crawfordsville, since 2006. He was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy; and was a great father, son, brother, husband, and friend.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his son, Stevie Ray Hamilton of Pennsylvania; his daughter, Hollie Elizabeth Hamilton of Crawfordsville, Indiana; his brother, Quintin Hamilton and wife Becky of Kingsland; his uncle, Thomas Mitchell of Sheridan; his aunt, Renea Tucker of Star City.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 24th, at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel in Fordyce. Burial will follow at Hebron Cemetery. There will be a visitation at the Benton Funeral Home on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the service time. There was also a visitation at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home in Crawfordsville, Indiana on Thursday, January 22, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the: Hollie Elizabeth Hamilton Education Fund, c/o David Harrington, 360 W. 300 S., Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
