Rae Nell Payne, age 46 of Fordyce died Monday, June 5, 2023. She was born July 30, 1976 in Warren, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her mother, Otha Mae Lephiew Tidwell; grandson, Elijah Lewis.. She is survived by her father, Ronnie Payne of New Edinburg; three daughters, Amber Chidester of Pine Bluff, Chloe Hill and Zoey Hill of Fordyce; one brother, Randle Payne of New Edinburg.
