Rachel Ann Stivers, 28, of Hampton died Sunday, October 3, 2010 at UAMS in Little Rock. She was born January 23, 1982 in Hobbs, NM. She is survived by her husband, D. J. Stivers; mothers, Polly Allen of Hampton and Martha Seale of Hobbs, NM; step-brother, Jinky Ream of Hampton; sister, Jennifer Ferguson of Snyder, TX.
