Phyllis Rice Whittingham, age 71 of Mableton, Georgia, passed from this life Thursday, March 21, 2019. Phyllis was born March 9, 1948. She is preceded in death by her father, William Rice; and grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Bruce Frey. She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Whittingham; one son, Clayton Whittingham; her mother, Mattie Lue Frey Rice; one uncle, Bud and Norma Frey; and three grandchildren, James, William and Christopher.
