Phyllis L. Saeler

Phyllis L. Saeler, 81, of Kingsland died Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. She was born November 1, 1933 in Perryville, AR. She was a member of Kingsland Assembly of God Church in Kingsland and was a retired office manager for Arkla Gas. Phyllis was a loving mother, wife and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Otho W. Clowers and Topie McGehee Clowers; one son, Larry Dewayne Saeler; and one brother, Clyde Stophel. She is survived by her husband Willie G. "Bill" Saeler of Kingsland; two daughters, Jeannie Saeler Cox and husband Bennie of Fordyce, Patti Saeler Reeves of Magnolia; one sister, Betty Price of Searcy; three grandchildren, Kobi Smith of Kingsland, Melanie Phillips of New Edinburg, Matthew Reeves of Magnolia; four great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday 12 noon until 2:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with funeral services beginning at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Camp Springs Cemetery near Kingsland.
