Phil E. Gray, 67 of Fordyce, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at his home. He was born August 6, 1946 to Dahlia King Gray Belgard and the late Gordon Phillip Gray. He was a truck driver and served in the Army/National Guard. He was also preceded in death by his wife Edith Raybon Gray.
He is survived by his mother Dahlia King Gray Belgard of Fordyce; his brother Gordon M. Gray and wife Carolyn of Fordyce; daughter Lucy Michelle Raybon of Kingsland; two grandchildren, Hayleigh Jade Evans and Emma Elise Abeyta both of Kingsland; nephews Michael J. Gray of Fordyce, David P. Gray of Rison; and a great nephew James Layne Gray of Fordyce.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6PM until 8PM at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services are 10AM Wednesday at Bethesda Baptist Church in Chambersville. Burial will be at Ebenezer Cemetery. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net .
