Patrick H. Bowers

Patrick H. Bowers, 64 of Fordyce died Tuesday June 24, 2014 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Born November 2, 1949 at Fordyce, He was a son of the late Harold Prather and Ruby Aliece McKinney Bowers. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church, a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, and was a member of the Dallas County Sheriff's Auxiliary under Sheriff Lee Hornaday. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Paul Bowers and Tommy McKinney; sister, Alethea Dubois. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Davis Bowers of Fordyce; three daughters, Mary Bowers Robichaux and husband, Pete of Chauvin, LA, Treasa Jackson and husband James of Fordyce, Cindy Hamilton and husband Raymond of Crossett, AR; four grandchildren, Abbey Robichaux, Amber Robichaux, Carmen Robichaux, Ariel Hamilton, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Southside Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at Southside Baptist Church.
