Nelda L. Stratton McCall, 69, formerly of Bearden, Arkansas died November 3, 2017 at Hospice Care in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She was born May 16, 1948 in Camden, Arkansas to the late Homer Laverne and Nell Rose (James) Stratton. She was raised in Sparkman, Arkansas and attended Henderson State University. She was a homemaker and loved grocery shopping, working in her yard, feeding the birds and vacations to Destin, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, James Kelly McCall, Jr. She is survived by two daughters, Heather (Don) Paxton of Nolensville, Tennessee and Amanda McCall of Little Rock, Arkansas, four grandchildren Keely Paxton, Colton Paxton, Caleb Paxton of Nolensville, Tennessee, Tyler Strazzinski of Little Rock, Arkansas, and a devoted brother Phil (Peggy) Stratton of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
The family will have a private burial at a later time. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
