Morgan Ernest Barnes, 77 of Little Rock died Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born March 12, 1935 in Thornton, Arkansas. He was a retired painter for Baptist Medical Center in North Little Rock. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jewell Barnes and Esther Paganoni Barnes. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Crawford Barnes of Little Rock; two daughters, Lea Annette Mabry of Little Rock and Evelyn Renee Williams of Russellville; one sister, Clara Shrum of Fordyce; five grandchildren, Mica J. Williams of Russellville, Stephanie Freedle of Prairie Grove, Matthew Morgan Hamblen of North Little Rock, Rachel L. Williams and Jacob D. Williams both of Russellville; and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Billy Joe Evans and Rev.
