Montine Bryant

Montine Bryant, age 91 of Fordyce died Monday, January 20, 2025 at St. John’s Place in Fordyce, Arkansas. She was born December 18, 1933 in Cleveland County, Arkansas. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Fordyce. Montine worked for many years at Sterling’s Five and Dime in Fordyce and later retired from Watson’s Pharmacy in Fordyce. She is preceded in death by her parents, Montie Eugene Bryant and Allie Beatrice Tipton Bryant; five sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her caregiver, Pamela Simmons of Fordyce and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donation may be given to First Baptist Church, 501 North Main, Fordyce, AR 71742. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Friday at McCoy Cemetery with Daniel Bryant officiating.
