Minnie Maudell Key, 83, of Hampton, died Wednesday April 22, 2009 at the Timberlane Health & Rehab in El Dorado, AR. Mrs. Key was born in Hampton on May 26, 1925 to the late James Clifton & Violet Mildred Wright. She was a retired Nurses Aid, Bookkeeper, & was a Baptist.
She is survived by her husband William S. Key, a son, Richard Key of Santa Fe, NM; two brothers, Clinton Wright of El Dorado, AR, Randall Wright of Oklahoma; & four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Shirlene Talley, & a sister, Genelle McDonald.
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Saturday at the Pickett Cemetery, with the Rev. Earl Johnson officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening at the funeral home in Hampton. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.com
