Mildred Tubbs Hornaday

Mildred Tubbs Hornaday, 82, of Fordyce died Sunday June 13, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. Born December 12, 1927 at Newburgh, New York, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Edith Grace Tubbs. She was a nurse's aide and a member of Temple Baptist Church in Fordyce. She was preceded in death by her husband, Utah Hornaday and two brothers. Survivors include one son, Jim Hornaday of Tinsman; two daughters, Linda Hornaday West of Fordyce, Susan Hornaday of Camden; brother-in-law Daniel Hornaday and his wife, Charlotte of Little Rock, sister-in-law Joyce Packard and her husband, Robert of Waco, TX; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Temple Baptist Church in Fordyce with Rev.
