Michael Ray Ammons, age 55 of Thornton died Saturday, November 2, 2024 at his home. He was born November 8, 1968 in Many, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his mother, Janet Johnson Lawrence. He is survived by his wife, Sue Ammons of Thornton; one brother, Craig Ammons of Shreveport, LA; and one sister, Delores Treichler of MT.
Visitation will be Tuesday 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Benton Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Bolin officiating.
