Maxine Frabis Clements

Maxine Frabis Hicks Clements, 87 of Kingsland died November 20, 2009 at Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. She was born May 1, 1922 in New Edinburg, Arkansas to the late Lonnie B. Hicks and Minnie Lee Cox Hicks. She was a member of Mt. Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church of New Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Kenneth Hicks; sisters, Katie Norred, Nina Sue Powell, Norma Dell Koenig; and her son, Robert Leon Clements.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Robert Clements of Kingsland, AR; daughters, Barbara Anne Eeckhoudt & husband John and Jo Rogers all of Pine Bluff, AR; grandchildren, Jason Rogers & wife Heather, Krista Peppers & husband David, and Carlin Reeder & husband Scott; great grandchildren, Jacob Rogers, Clay Rogers, Blaine Reeder, Peyton Reeder, Catherine Peppers, Sophie Peppers.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10 AM at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel in Fordyce with Rev. Ware Russell officiating. Burial will be at McCoy Cemetery in New Edinburg. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6 PM until 8 PM at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church, New Edinburg, Arkansas.
