Mary Nell Lee

Mary Nell Hannegan Lee, 65, died Saturday September 18, 2010. Born September 12, 1945 at Hampton, she was a daughter of the late Jett and Erva Mayfield Hannegan. She was a retired deputy treasurer for Calhoun County and a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jerry Hannegan, one sister, Madge Dean; two grandchildren, Ryder Lance Edwards and Tanner Lane Edwards. Survivors include her husband, Don Lee of Hampton; ex-husband, Billy Edwards of Hampton; two sons, Christopher Fay Edwards of Hampton, Chad (Christy) Edwards of Greenbrier; two step-sons, Troy Alan Lee of Hampton, Robert Lee of Tuscon, AZ; two daughters, Latia (Steve) Edwards Davis of Hampton, Wendy Edwards Laws of Hampton; three brothers, Ben Hannegan of Corpus Christi, TX, Bill and Dale Hannegan of Hampton; sister, Jeanette Webb of Hampton; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Antioch Baptist Church near Hampton with Rev.
