Mary Sue Harris Langford, 83, of New Edinburg, AR died Monday November 10, 2008 at the Warren Kidney Center. She was born in New Edinburg, AR on September 28, 1925 to the late John Ross & Hattie Elizabeth Childress Harris.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Langford of Houtson, TX; two daughters, Linda Chambers & her husband Sonny of Livingston, TX, Dianne Chambers of New Edinburg, AR; a brother, Freddie Harris of North Little Rock, AR; a sister, Sally Epler of LaMarque, TX; four grandchildren, Krista Rumsey of Conroe, TX, John Langford of New Edinburg, AR, Stacy Langford of Houston, TX, Kyle Berton Langford of Houston, TX; three great grandchildren, Kylie Rumsey of Conroe, TX, Karlee Rumsey of Conroe, TX, Madyson Langford of San Leon, TX; and a host of family & friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Berton Langford, three brothers, & four sisters.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday November 13, 2008 at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Moseley Cemetery, with the Rev. Paul Wooley & Rev. John Kidwell officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home in Fordyce. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the New Edinburg Community Center, P.O.
