Mark Allen Raney, 54, of Little Rock died Monday March 23, 2015 in a car accident. He was born February 4, 1961 at Fordyce. He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Donald Raney. Survivors include his mother, Millie Kelly of Little Rock; sister, Dr. Sharon Vire of Sherwood; step-father, Frank Kelly of Little Rock; three children; one step-brother; two step-sisters.
