Marjorie Knox McConnell, 87 of East Camden, died Wednesday. She was born July 25, 1921 in Kenton, TN to the late Eva Boba and Buster Sturdivant. She is preceded in death by her husbands James Andrew Knox and Mack McConnell, two daughters Jeanette Knox and Sheila Deree Knox, and two sons, James Thomas Knox and Paul Clayton Knox.
She is survived by her son, Roger Knox of Tulsa, OK, sister, LaVerne Holland of Dyersburg, TN, and grandchildren, Clay Knox of Hope, AR, Tyler Knox of Camden, AR, and Travis Knox of Tulsa, OK; two great grandchildren, Dylan and Lacy Knox both of Hope, AR.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 2 PM at Salem Cemetery with Rev. Don Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.com .
