Mabel Joyce Benson

Mabel Joyce Benson, 82, of Hampton died Sunday, May 25, 2014 at St. John's Place in Fordyce. She was born April 6, 1932 in Hampton, Arkansas. She was a member of Camp Ground Presbyterian Church in Hampton. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Collie Benson and Bessie Gardner Benson; daughter, Nancy Manes; two brothers, Pete Benson and Dub Benson; and one sister, Maxine Reddin. She is survived by one sister, Janice Leach of Hampton, and one grandson, D. J. Manes of Hampton. Visitation will be Wednesday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday at Camp Ground Presbyterian Church with Rev. Garland Skidmore officiating. Burial at Means Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce/Hampton.
