Lula B. Shirron, 96 of Sparkman, died Tuesday April 7, 2009 in Benton, Arkansas. She was born September 22, 1912, the daughter of Casper & Lula Walsh. She was preceded in death by her husband Guy & son Bob. Mrs. Lula was loved by many, & will be greatly missed.
She is survived by two sons, James & wife Shirley of Elkton, VA & Bill of Benton, AR. She had 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by special nieces & nephews & host of friends.
Funeral services will be Friday, April 10 at 2:00 pm at the Sparkman United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Sparkman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 Thursday, April 9 at the funeral home in Fordyce.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Macedonia United Methodist Church % Odelia Walsh, 736 Dallas 203, Sparkman, AR 71763 or Ben Few Camp Ground, % Tyler Harrison, 19 Shelia Land, Mabelvale, AR 72103.
