Lucas "Luke" Hyde, 28, of El Dorado died Thursday, January 9, 2014 at his home. He was born October 20, 1985 in El Dorado, Arkansas. He previously worked as a manager for Starbucks in Midland, TX and he was a member of Lake Hamilton Baptist Church in Hot Springs. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Billy Gorman, and Raymond and Lucille Hyde. He is survived by his parents, Lewis and Brenda Hyde of New Edinburg, Jill Perry and Bill Brashaw of El Dorado; one brother and sister-in-law, Lewis and Crystal Hyde Jr. of Hampton; step brother, Adron McCollister and wife Leah of Banks; one sister and brother-in-law, Rachel and Billy Brotherton of El Dorado; grandparents, Marion Stokes of Hampton; great grandparents, Tilman and Dorothy Ables of Hampton; three nephews, Landen Stephens Hyde of Hampton, Trey Hyde of Hampton, and B.J. Brotherton of El Dorado; two nieces, Addie and Lily Hyde of Hampton; fiancé, Lucas Traweek of El Dorado; and special pet, Christo. Visitation will be Friday 6:00 pm until 8pm at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Trinity Chapel Church in Hampton with Rev. Rickey Smith officiating.
