Louise Wood

Louise Wood, 69 of Calion, Arkansas died Sunday, July 18, 2010. She was born December 10, 1940 in Hampton, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Ray Wood; her mother, Isebell Ables Laws Reynolds; her father, Sidnie Reynolds; two daughters, Lela Kaye Perkins Smith and Stacy Lynn Perkins.

She is survived by her son, Tommy Olan Perkins, Jr. of Calion; son-in-law Terry Smith of Jasper; two step-sons, Bobby Wood of Dermott, Earl & Rhonda Wood of Hamburg; four step-daughters, Gladys Hudson of Jersey, Rosemary & Bill McDaniel of Banks, Beverly & Johnny Pemmalton of Monticello, and Brenda and Ronnie Wesson of Hamburg; 12 grandchildren & 21 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 3:00 PM at Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Hampton. Burial will be at Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 PM until 8 PM at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Memorials may be made to Victory Missionary Baptist Church.
