Larry Albert Bryant, Sr. 75, of Hampton died Monday June 25, 2018 at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. Born September 7, 1942 at Camden, he was a son of the late G.B. “Pete” Bryant and Edith Hopkins Bryant. He was a track hoe operator and a member of Victory Baptist Church in Hampton.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Gary Bryant, and a brother, Berlin Bryant.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Harrod Bryant of Hampton; children, Butch Bryant (Paula) of Batesville, Becky Watson (Keith) of Tinsman, Cindy Wade (Mike) of Hampton, Dewayne Bryant of Hampton, Colton Bryant (Kristen) of Hampton, Tabatha Porter (Jeff) of Jersey, Tonya Carruth of Hope; a brother, Clarence Bryant (Patsy) of Hampton, a sister, Rita Brower of Zachary, Louisiana; eighteen grandchildren and twenty eight great-grandchildren and counting. And a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Antioch Baptist Church near Hampton.
