Kitty Corrine Nutt

Kitty Corrine Robertson Nutt, 90, of Fordyce died Wednesday April 28, 2010 at the Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. Born September 22, 1919 at Rison, she was a daughter of the late Albert Blackaby and Hallie Norton Robertson.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fordyce and was active in numerous social and civic clubs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh H. Nutt; brothers, Rufus Buie, Albert Robertson, Norton Robertson, Clifton Robertson; sister, Lucy Lee McCarty; infant daughter, Mary Nutt. Mrs. Nutt is survived by three sons Hugh Albert Nutt and his wife Karen of Fordyce, Bill Nutt and his wife Sue of Fordyce, Rusty Nutt of Fordyce; seven grandchildren, Benjamin Nutt and wife Karen, Lindsey Walley, Abe Nutt and wife Janay, Bret Nutt and wife Lisa, Brady Nutt and wife Terra, Jenny Pierce and husband Keith, Hallie Raney and husband Jonathan, step-grandson Cody Shankles and wife Carrie; fifteen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Fordyce First United Methodist Church with Rev.
