Karen Sue Pennington

Karen Sue Pennington, 45, of Bearden passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at her home. She was born December 24, 1971 in Fordyce, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her mother, Rosie Doherty Pennington; grandparents, Jack and Vera Doherty and Ross and Vivian Ragan. She is survived by her father, Jimmy Ragan of East End, step parents, J.W. and Donna Pennington of Haskell; three sons, Nathan Greeley of Camden, Blake and Hunter Dawson of Haskell; one daughter, Starr Jenkins and her husband RaeKwon of Bearden; two brothers, Kevin Pennington of Parkers Chapel, and Jamie Ragan of Bearden; one sister, Roseanna Word of Bearden; one grandson, Trooper Greeley of Camden; ten nieces and nephews and three great nieces. Graveside services will be 10:00 am Thursday at White Oak Cemetery near Bearden with Rev. Kevin Stevicks officiating. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
