Junie F. Richey, 71, of Thornton died Saturday, July 20, 2013 at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born December 6, 1941 in Berryville, Arkansas. She worked as a sales clerk at the Fashion Center in Bearden and was a member of Bearden First Assembly of God Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy E. and Della M. Randolph; son, Johnny Ramsey; daughter, Viola Ramsey; step-daughter, Veronica Perry; two sisters, Estilee Scroggs and Wanda Jones. She is survived by her husband, James L. Richey of Thornton; one daughter, Sheri May of Thornton; one brother, Donald L. Randolph of Berryville; one sister, Shirley Arndt of Berryville; four grandchildren, Michael A. Richey of Branson, MO, Dylan Quarles of Thornton, Samantha Perry and Tyler Perry of McGehee. Visitation will be Monday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Joseph Ruth and Rev. Thomas Stoker officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
