Judy Ann Franks Deboard, 71 of Fordyce, died Thursday, May 8, 2014. She was born January 30, 1943 in Defiance, Ohio. She is survived by her husband, William Paul Deboard, Sr. of Fordyce; two sons, William Paul Deboard, II and Jimmy Rassman; two daughters, Angie Rassman and Jeanna Rassman; and three grandchildren, Britteny Deboard, Christina Deboard, and Zackery Deboard.
