Joshua Payne Gardner

Joshua Payne Gardner, age 21 of Bearden went to be with his Lord on Saturday, June 12, 2021. He was born March 27, 2000 in Idabel, OK. Josh liked to fish, hunt, play basketball, listen to music, play video games, but most of all he loved to spend time with his daughter, and his family and friends. After moving to Bearden Josh made many friends and lived life to the fullest. He was a very kindhearted person. He is preceded in death by one sister, Ashley Pierce, grandparents, Billy and Frances Pierce; and uncle, John Batey, Jr. Josh is survived by his daughter, Kenzlee Gardner of Hampton; his girlfriend and mother of his child, Sydni Gamble of Hampton; parents, Billy and Sheila Gardner of Bearden; one sister, Trinity Gardner of Bearden; brother, Billy Gardner, II and wife Carly of Millerton, OK; grandparents, Nell Pierce of Alma, Glenn and Velma Gardner of Valliant, OK, Tootsie Gardner of Valliant, OK, great grandmother, Ruby Mosley of Bearden; uncle and aunt, Richard and Deedre Pierce and their children, Braden, Garrett, and Matthew all of Bearden; aunt, Sara Batey and her children, John Dale, III and Akeelah Batey all of Valliant, OK. Visitation will be Wednesday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Thursday at White Oak Cemetery near Bearden with Rev.
